Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Slipstream is built with privacy as a core principle. The desktop Software runs on your local machine. Your private keys and seed phrases are not transmitted to Slipstream's servers. To provide features you request, the app does communicate directly from your Mac with selected third-party services as described below.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:
- Email address — collected when you join the waitlist or create an account, used to send product updates and licence information
- Licence key usage — we verify that your licence key is valid when the app starts (a single API call with your key only, no trading data)
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your private keys or seed phrases
- Your wallet addresses, balances, trading history, positions, or followed wallets on Slipstream-operated servers
- Any Helius or other API keys you use
4. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used to:
- Send your licence key and onboarding information
- Notify you of important updates, security notices, or service changes
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Local App Data and Third-Party Services
Settings, activity, execution records, and trading history are stored locally on your Mac. The Software may interact directly with third-party APIs on your behalf. Depending on the feature you use, these providers may receive the operational data needed to fulfil the request:
- Solana RPC providers (including Helius or QuickNode, if configured) — public wallet addresses, signatures, transaction queries, balance queries, and signed transactions
- Jupiter — public wallet addresses, token mint addresses, quote parameters, portfolio requests, and signed transactions required to route swaps; never your private key
- GMGN and DexScreener — public wallet or token identifiers and market-data queries
- Anthropic Claude — only when you invoke an AI feature, your prompt and relevant app context such as public wallet addresses, settings, positions, trades, performance, or activity logs; private keys, seed phrases, and secret API credentials are excluded
- Telegram — if you enable notifications, alert content plus the bot token and chat ID needed to deliver it
- Hyperliquid — if a future perps tier is enabled, public account and market queries plus signed order requests; never your private key
These interactions originate from your machine and are governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policy. Public blockchain activity is inherently visible to others.
Our website uses Netlify for hosting. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) as part of normal web hosting operations.

6. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you have an active account or waitlist position. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

8. Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data we hold. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and API keys safe.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice on the website.
