Slipstream is built with privacy as a core principle. The Software runs entirely on your local machine. Your private keys, wallet credentials, and trading data never leave your computer and are never transmitted to our servers.
2. Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the service:
- Email address — collected when you join the waitlist or create an account, used to send product updates and licence information
- Licence key usage — we verify that your licence key is valid when the app starts (a single API call with your key only, no trading data)
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your private keys or seed phrases
- Your wallet addresses or balances
- Your trading history or positions
- The wallets you are copying
- Any Helius or other API keys you use
4. How We Use Your Data
Your email address is used to:
- Send your licence key and onboarding information
- Notify you of important updates, security notices, or service changes
- Respond to support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
5. Third-Party Services
The Software may interact with third-party APIs on your behalf (Helius, GMGN, Jupiter). These interactions are made directly from your machine using your own credentials. Please review their respective privacy policies for how they handle your data.
Our website uses Netlify for hosting. Netlify may collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type) as part of normal web hosting operations.

6. Data Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you have an active account or waitlist position. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Data portability

We take reasonable technical measures to protect any data we hold. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials and API keys safe.
