1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Slipstream ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Description of Service
Slipstream is a macOS desktop application that monitors public Solana blockchain transactions and automates copy trading on your behalf using your own wallet and API credentials. The Software operates entirely on your local machine.
3. No Financial Advice
Slipstream is a tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Software or on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through the Software.
4. Risk Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
- Copy trading does not guarantee profits and can result in significant losses
- Past performance of any tracked wallet is not indicative of future results
- You may lose some or all of the funds in your trading wallet
- Technical failures, network issues, or API downtime may cause missed trades or errors
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use the Software. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
6. Licence
Slipstream grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Software for your own trading purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, reverse engineer, or distribute the Software without written permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to Slipstream is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys and wallet credentials secure
- Setting appropriate risk parameters within the Software
- Monitoring your positions and overall trading activity
- Complying with the terms of service of any third-party services used (Helius, GMGN, Jupiter, etc.)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipstream and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to trading losses, missed trades, or data loss.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
