Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Slipstream ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. Description of Service
Slipstream is a macOS desktop application that monitors public blockchain activity and can automate trading using your own wallet and credentials. The €49 tier is for Solana trading. A separate higher-priced tier for Hyperliquid perpetuals may be offered in the future. Features and availability vary by tier. Core app logic and local records run on your machine, while requested operations may use third-party APIs.
3. No Financial Advice
Slipstream is a tool, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the Software or on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made through the Software.
4. Risk Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept that:
- Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and unpredictable
- Copy trading does not guarantee profits and can result in significant losses
- Past performance of any tracked wallet is not indicative of future results
- You may lose some or all of the funds in your trading wallet
- Technical failures, network issues, or API downtime may cause missed trades or errors
- Automated rules, AI explanations, and COPY, COPY SMALLER, or SKIP decisions are software outputs, not financial advice or guarantees
- Leveraged perpetuals can lead to rapid losses or liquidation; leverage, funding, fees, and market gaps can materially amplify loss
- Exchange, smart-contract, oracle, RPC, and other third-party failures may prevent or delay entries, exits, or protective orders
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use the Software. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country.
6. Licence
Slipstream grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Software for your own trading purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, reverse engineer, or distribute the Software without written permission.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Access to Slipstream is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly. The €49 founding tier includes Solana trading only; Hyperliquid perpetuals, if launched, will require a separate higher-priced tier. The price and features shown at purchase determine your plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by law.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your API keys and wallet credentials secure
- Setting appropriate risk parameters within the Software
- Monitoring your positions and overall trading activity
- Understanding that stopping the Solana bot leaves open positions untouched and unmanaged until you restart it or close them yourself
- Checking exchange-hosted orders separately; native perps orders may remain active after the app or perps bot stops
- Complying with the terms of any third-party services used, including RPC providers, Jupiter, GMGN, DexScreener, Anthropic, Telegram, and, if enabled, Hyperliquid
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slipstream and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software, including but not limited to trading losses, liquidation, fees or funding costs, missed or duplicated trades, failed protective orders, third-party service failures, or data loss.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
